Guest access This is a private apartment, so, the whole apartment is available just for you! Other things to note 1) This is luxury apartment, so we are kindly asking all our guests to take care about property in a good manner. 2) Private parking: Building has about 15 parking spaces. Parking is free of charge until 1. June 2026. But no-one has its own parking space, which means that if in some moment there is no available parking, you can check up later. In case there is no available parking space, we can help with our recommendations. So, the best option is that you let us know about parking needs during your reservation. 3) Hanging chairs on the terrace are available only in the summer season, or by agreement. 4) Tourist tax is not included in price: Adults - 1 euro /day, Children (12-18 years) - 0.5 euro/day, Kids under 12 years - free of charge.
