My house, with capacity for a maximum of 5 people, is located in the historic center of Cuenca, less than a minute walk from the Plaza Mayor and the Cathedral, and three minutes from the Museum of Abstract Art and the Hanging Houses. It is a quiet house with excellent views from the living room to the Plaza de San Nicolás and the Hoz del Júcar. It has central heating and elevator, 80 square meters and is very cozy. There is 600 Mb symmetric Wi-Fi, suitable for telecommuting. The space The house is lovingly set and thinking about the comfort and well-being of travelers. From the window of the living room you can appreciate the environment of the Sickle of the Sugar and "The eyes of the blackberry" a beautiful place. The two levels of the house give it a cozy air. There are two parking lots nearby. One, 2 - 3 minutes from the house, covered and paid (20.5 Euros/day) which, with the discount for being in Casa San Nicolás, stays at 17 Euros/day. Another, 8 - 9 minutes, uncovered and free. Personally, I always recommend the second one, it is very spacious and safe.
