The house is semi-detached on one side, beachfront, with a private street leading to the sea. From the door of the house, along the private street, you can walk to the beach in 15 seconds!! It has 5 bedrooms, a kitchen, a dining room and 2 full bathrooms (one with a bathtub and the other with a shower), a barbecue and a large 80 m2 solarium with ocean views and away from the gaze of onlookers, as well as two terraces bordering the house. Capacity for 11 people, plus a baby in a crib. Free WiFi. The space It has bed linen, dishes, and full kitchen utensils. There is an oven and a gas stove, a microwave, a refrigerator, a dishwasher, and a washing machine. There are two televisions. There is high-speed WiFi. There is no heating system.
