There is fenced private parking lot for one car with additional space with washing machine. Ground floor is closed for use( it is used as storage by the nearby coffee bar). Apartment is suitable for families with small children, young couples and seniors. The owners live only 60 m away and are there for anything you may need. There's no grill but you can use it in owner's house.
