The space Solar Powered home, feel free at ease with no discomforts of power outages. Energy needs to be used wisely because we rely mostly on solar. We ask if guests are not home to leave a/c’s and lights off , this way during sun hours the batteries can fully recharge in case we have a power failure. We are one of the few properties that offers solar power with Tesla batteries for back up. Spacious property for family gatherings, three minute DRIVE to the closest beach Mar Chiquita, a 15-20 min walk, however there’s NO sidewalk! Three min walk to Costa Azul Restaurant. Nearby beaches,food trucks,restaurants bike trails, secluded beaches,surfing, snorkeling, and experiencing local life. You will love our beach decor, cozy home and close experience with the sounds of nature. The house fits a MAX of 13 guests comfortably! Hacienda Mar Chiquita has an open layout which is great for big groups. We have added solar panels for your convenience. There are lots of fun things to do, you will be able to experience life like the locals do. We have very comfortable rooms, beds and beautiful beach decor all around the house. Please see bedroom layout arrangements so you can best accommodate your guests. Bedroom #1 Master bedroom ( Los Corales) this first room has a queen bed, it's connected to an extended room. The extended room has a queen size bed. This master bedroom and the extended room share the same entry door and are divided by two double doors for privacy. This master bedroom has a bathroom with a walk in shower with accessibility for a wheel chair. Bedroom #2 (El Farol) has a full size bed. Bedroom #3 (El Nautico) has (bunk beds) 2 full size beds on the bottom and 2 twin size beds on top of each bunk bed. Maximum weight capacity for top bunk beds is 220 pounds! Parents are responsible for their children while using top beds. Hacienda Mar Chiquita will not be held responsible for any falls nor injuries. Bedroom #4 (Surf Up) has a king size bed and a queen size bed. This bedroom has a double sink. Gives guests the flexibility to wash hands and face and brush teeth. Please see pictures for more details on the room lay outs. Guest access Fully equipped home with above ground pool, appliances, linens, towels,pillows, double pillow covers, kitchen pots, pans, toaster, coffee maker, utensils,tea kettle microwave,dishwasher washer, dryer, TV, Wi-Fi and Internet. Domino table, bord games , arcade machine with 8,000 games,pool table and corn hole. STARTER SUPPLIES of trash bags, toilet paper,hand soap, coffee, creamer, sugar, supplies to disinfect and bottled water. If you need more supplies during your stay it's on you. None of the supplies need to be replenished! Other things to note At Hacienda Mar Chiquita not only will you be able to experience the beach, during your stay you and your family/friends can enjoy the above ground pool, have fun at the BBQ with picnic table, Gazebo/pergola while others play board games, giant Jenga, arcade with 8000 retro games,domino, corn hole,play some pool or just relax while enjoying a great book near the sound of water falling from the fountain in our attractive boat bed. If u dont want to cook theres an awsome rest 3 min walk away. Daily maid for house keeping is not included in the price. If you are interested in daily housekeeping it can be arranged for an additional cost of $95 a day at your booking. We also offer beach foto seccion, under water fotos, family foto secciones. If interested these need to be arranged.
