The space The house is located in a private residential complex with gate, "I Giardini di Baia Arcile", directly on the sea and with a private beach, located in Contrada Arcile, Brucoli (Syracuse), in a natural cove of extreme beauty and surrounded by greenery. The house is only 120 meters from the private beach and consists of four double bedrooms, a living room with sofa bed, a kitchen and three bathrooms (two with showers and one with a half-bed bathtub). It is on three levels: on the ground/mezzanine floor there are the living room, kitchen and a bathroom, terraces and garden; on the first floor there are two double rooms and a bathroom; on the basement floor, there are two other double rooms and a bathroom, all with windows. "I Giardini di Baia Arcile" is a few kilometers from the village of Brucoli (reachable in 5 minutes by car), a village that has not lost its original nature as a fishing center and that, among its attractions, includes a natural fjord that goes kilometers inland, a castle of Norman origin (now also a navigation lighthouse) and several shops, restaurants and pubs. From "I Giardini di Baia Arcile" you can reach the Augusta train station (10 minutes), Catania Fontanarossa airport (25 minutes), Catania, Syracuse and the NATO base of Sigonella (30 minutes), Mount Etna and Taormina (60 minutes).
