Located on the first floor of a historic building (20 easy steps), it offers three spacious bedrooms, three bathrooms, and a comfortable living room. 📍 Room distribution: Master Bedroom (1): 1 double bed (160 cm) + 2 pop-up single beds (75 cm) on request. Bedroom 2: 1 double bed (160 cm). Bedroom 3: 1 double bed (160 cm) + 1 single pop-up floor mattress on request. Living room: 1 double sofa bed (140 cm). The kitchen is fully equipped, including a Nespresso machine for a perfect Italian coffee experience. This apartment also features exclusive art installations by renowned Florentine artist Daniela Perego, adding a unique and artistic touch to the space. Other things to note Check-in is by appointment, available from 2:00 PM to 7:00 PM, and must be scheduled at least one day before arrival. 🔹 Late arrivals (after 7:00 PM, until 10:00 PM) If you arrive after 7:00 PM, but no later than 10:00 PM, due to a documented delay (e.g., a delayed flight), we will do our best to arrange for someone to welcome you. In this case, a €30 cash fee must be paid directly to the person upon arrival. 🚗 Limited Traffic Zone (ZTL) The apartment is located in a ZTL area, where access by car is only allowed after 8:00 PM, unless you have reserved parking in a garage within the zone.
