The house is spread over two floors: - First Floor: Features three double bedrooms and a full bathroom. - The master bedroom is equipped with hot/cold air conditioning and opens onto a private terrace, perfect for relaxing and enjoying the views. - The other two bedrooms have ceiling fans and windows overlooking the pool, ensuring a cool and pleasant atmosphere throughout the day. - Ground Floor: - The living-dining room includes a Smart TV, a CD sound system, a wood-burning fireplace, and hot/cold air conditioning. - This floor also houses a fully renovated (2021) kitchen with direct views and access to the private pool. It is fully equipped with modern appliances and kitchenware, providing everything needed to prepare delicious meals during your stay. - A second full bathroom with a shower is also conveniently located on this floor. Outdoor Spaces: Relax in the garden, lounge on sunbeds by the private outdoor pool (9 x 4 metres), or dine al fresco using the patio furniture provided.
