Jubilee House is a luxury, light and stylish three bedroom house, one minute's walk from the city walls and five minutes’ walk from Chichester's great shops, Festival Theatre, parks and restaurants. Ideal for older families and small groups. Although central, the house is pleasantly situated in a quiet cul-de-sac, with off-street parking for 2 cars. Mature, south facing garden, ideal to relax in after exploring the local beaches and the South Downs. The space Well placed for Goodwood and exploring the nearby South Downs and Sussex coast, Jubilee Lodge is the ideal retreat for a perfect holiday in and around Chichester. Jubilee Lodge is a luxury space from which to enjoy the area's spectacular countryside and coastline, or to just relax in pleasant surroundings and appreciate its close proximity to Chichester's restaurants, theatre and shops. The three-bedroom house is elegantly appointed combining all modern convenience - a modern kitchen and dining area and wireless broadband and two bathrooms. The gardens have been professionally landscaped and are private, with an extensive decked area. There is ample space for the parking of up to two cars in the front drive area (no camper vans or caravans please). 10 minutes by taxi to Goodwood 3 minutes walk from the Chichester's Festival Theatre 5 minutes walk from the city's sights, shops and restaurants Downstairs: * Hall with hanging space for coats and a bench storage seat. * Spacious living room with 3-seater sofa, 2 comfy chairs, flat screen TV and dining table with 4 chairs. Feature doors onto garden. * Mini snug with sofa and flat screen TV. * Well equipped, fully fitted kitchen with dual fuel range cooker and dishwasher. * Utility room with microwave, large american-style fridge-freezer, washing machine and tumble dryer. * Iron and ironing board. * Downstairs shower room with shower, washbasin and WC. * A large range of books, wide selection of films on DVD; Freesat channels and a selection of board games. First floor: * Principle bedroom with that can be made up as a superking or twin. * Large bedroom with kingsize bed and views over the garden and beyond toward Chichester's rooftops, trees and parks. * Light, bright single bedroom. * Family bathroom containing bath with shower, washbasin and WC. * Bedlinen is provided. Quality beds (several of our guests have asked us where we purchased our mattresses from and ordered the same for their homes), feather duvets and feather pillows. Please let us know well in advance of your stay if feather bedding is not suitable. * Combed Egyptian cotton towels * 2 hairdryers. General: * Free wifi. * Gas central heating. * Utilities included. * Welcome essentials provided. * Bikes can be stored in enclosed back garden behind locked gate. Outside: Beautifully kept mature garden with decking area, garden furniture with seating for 4 and a barbeque . Off street parking in the drive for up to 2 cars - no camper vans or caravans please. We welcome older children over the age of 10. No more than two children are permitted to stay at any one time. A selection of books and DVDs are provided. Please note that Jubilee House and garden are exclusively for the use of the guests listed on the booking – please be aware that under no circumstances are additional guests allowed at the property, for day visits or overnight stays. Guest access Guest can access the entire house, drive and enclosed garden. Other things to note No additional guests or visitors are permitted to Jubilee House other than those on the booking, day or night. ——————————- No children under the age of 12. ----------------------------------------- Fresh milk, tea, coffee and sugar will be available for your arrival. ----------------------------------------- Christmas tree provided for Christmas and New Year breaks. ----------------------------------------- Guests staying longer than 14 nights will be encouraged to purchase additional cleaning and change of linen/ towels in order to keep the house in good condition. These will only be charged at cost, circa £55 for linen/ towel laundering if all 3 beds are used plus £30 for the cleaning service. --------------------- No camper vans or mobile homes permitted on the driveway. ----------------------- We do not currently have facilities available at the property for electric vehicle charging and ask that guests do not charge from the house mains electricity as this invalidates the property insurance.
