The apartment is located on a one-hectare, wooded and flowery property, it enjoys an exceptional view of the Gulf of Ajaccio and is located 1.5 km from the Porticcio beach and shops (2 min drive). In Porticcio you will find many activities such as diving, sailing, jet skiing, parasailing, horseback riding, etc... as well as boat rides to visit the bloodthirsty islands at sunset, Bonifacio, the Calanques de Piana, the Scandola nature reserve, etc... The 17m x 7m sized pool with a depth ranging from 1.40 m to 2.70 m is ideal for swimming. The terrace, private, with its wooden furniture, overlooks the garden, and will allow you to admire the view of the Gulf of Ajaccio, the pool and the garden. The barbecue is right next door. The interior of the apartment consists of the 2 bedrooms which each have a double bed and are separated (no need to go through another bedroom to go to the bathroom/terrace/living room/kitchen)+ a small additional bed in bedroom No.2.. and give double access to the terrace. The living room is provided with a fully equipped kitchenette with fridge, freezer, microwave, microwave, toaster, coffee maker, coffee maker, kettle kettle, hob, dishwasher and barbecue utensils.
