Your culinary journey is made effortless with convenient access to the gas BBQ on the balcony. Use the outdoor dining settings to enjoy your home-cooked meals with a panoramic view of the waterfront! The property hosts two tranquil bedrooms with the master bedroom featuring a Queen size bed, ceiling fan, garden views and access to the balcony to allow the ocean breeze to flow through. The second bedroom, offers a trio bunk (double underneath/single above) + trundle (please note top bunk and trundle are not suitable for adult weight) – making it perfect for children or friends sharing the room. The holiday house features a bathroom with bath, shower, vanity and toilet, internal washing machine with a front loader washing machine, dryer, iron, and ironing board readily available. Outside, the garden is great for families, and just metres to the waters edge, car parking for two vehicles, including boat parking (please note there is a small raised area, if a boat can not be parked in the driveway street parking is available). This property is approved for holiday accommodation only, no extra bedding mattresses, tents, caravans or more cars than the property accommodates are allowed. After hour emergency service is available 24/7 during your stay. If you or any other guest receives a warning regarding excess noise or excess guests, you may be asked to leave the property immediately with no refund of monies.
