Awarded 4stars by french tourist board a stunning, spacious 9 bedrooms property which sleeps up to 18 people between the two gîtes. Private enclosed terrace, 9x5m salt pool and private lake. Relax and escape in the sw of France. For families and couples you have found your ideal place to enjoy the pool, fish or sit by the lake and soak up the peace and the wildlife. There is plenty of space for al-fresco dinning or many fab restaurants to enjoy, and we can even have our chef to cook for you ! The space The properties have large spacious living areas downstairs, well equipped, fitted kitchens Upstairs you will find spacious bedrooms Three bedrooms have ensuite shower rooms and there are two also three family bathroom with bath/shower. We provide all bed linen, pool and bath towels. We only let to one group at a time so whether you book the gite, the Villa or both you will never have to share the pool or lake. Guest access Guests have a private gated entrance. The areas around the gite, pool and lake are all for exclusive use by guests. Other things to note The properties have 9 double bedrooms between them…..you choose how much space you need! With the option of the gite, the villa or both, rest assured that if you only need one of the properties the other will not be rented during your stay thus leaving you the pool, terrace, gardens and lake exclusively for your use:) A welcome basket will be here waiting for you on arrival with bread, butter, jam, milk, sugar, tea, coffee, wine and crisps.
