Sinatsakis Villas is a charming holiday complex comprising three separate and autonomous villas, each one with its own private swimming pool: Villa Anna, Villa Maria, and Villa Ioanna, located side by side. Villa Maria is a one-bedroom villa covering 75 m2. It can accommodate up to 2 guests in beds and up to 4 guests if necessary, using a sofa bed or a single bed in the bedroom. The villa is fully furnished and equipped with all the essential amenities. Indoor Layout Entering the villa on the ground floor, you will find a living room featuring a 50" HDTV, along with an office, and access to a balcony that also leads to the garden & pool area. The comfortable double sofa can accommodate the 2 additional guests. The fully equipped kitchen and an indoor dining table provide all essentials for a self-catered holiday. As you pass through the hallway, you will find the bedroom of the villa with a Queen-size bed and one single bed, as well as the bathroom, offering a shower and a washing machine. Outdoor Area Outdoors, there is an organised fenced area with a relaxing environment surrounded by trees and flowers. More specifically, the outdoor facilities of Villa Maria include: -A 30 sq m. private swimming pool equipped with sun beds and umbrellas -Fully equipped charcoal barbecue facilities with an outdoor sink -Outdoor dining area for al fresco dining -Lawn covered area for the kids to play, next to the pool -We offer bicycles upon request -Parking space inside the villa premises -Accommodation cost excludes Climate Resilience Tax. The amount for the accommodation type is set at EUR2 per night from April to October and EUR0.5 per night from November to March, payable upon check-in.
