The property is located in the Le Cure district, a quiet residential area just north of the historic center, where you can admire Porta San Gallo and Piazza delle Cure. The space The inside is organized as follows: -BEDROOM: King Size bed, wardrobe, ceiling fan and desk. -LIVING AREA: double sofa bed, dining table, TV and outdoor access. -COOKING CORNER: 5-burner hob, fridge, dishwasher, oven, kettle, microwave and moka. -BATHROOM: shower, bidet, wc -EXTERIOR: tiled patio with outdoor table and chairs, parasol, barbecue and washing machine. It is possible to park a motorbike inside the private patio. FURTHER SERVICES: independent heating, unlimited wifi, iron and ironing board, drying rack, hairdryer. Guest access The apartment is for an exclusive use of the Guests. Other things to note Self check-in will take place in this accomodation. It is MANDATORY to complete the registration in order to receive instructions to access the apartment. In case of problem, telephone assistance will be guaranteed until 11:00 pm.
