Stunning brand new apartment with 4 large bedrooms fully equipped. The living room comes with flatscreen TV, comfortable sofas and a long wooden dining table with a lot of natural lights. Wifi is available in the entire space. The bedrooms are spacious with three of them with queen beds and the last one with two twin beds. The kitchen has all equipment needed for a good meal such as microwave, oven, cooktop, coffee machine, fridge, lots of storage. Guest access The guests will have access to the entire apartment. Other things to note Check-in time is from 15:00 until 20:00. A late check-in is available, subject to a surcharge: €20 if it occurs after 20:00 and €40 if it occurs after 23:00 until 8:00. Early check-ins before 08:00 are subject to a surcharge of €40 and are always upon availability. Late and Early check-in fees are paid in cash on arrival. At the check-in we will ask for your identification document. Short term rentals are required to report guest's information to Borders Service (SEF) - it is called the Accommodation Bulletin.
