PLS NOTE - For the 2026 ski season we will preferencing bookings for 7 days from July to end Aug, due to significant restraints with cleaners. Arrivals & departures on a Sun or Fri are preferred . The space Experience the convince on staying in the heart of the beautiful Thredbo village. This sun drenched apartment offers a unique opportunity for those families not wishing to compromise their stay with some guests having to put up an aging property & decor, small lofts bedrooms , sofa beds or a lack of bathrooms. Parents get to enjoy one of two ensuite bedrooms on the upper floor which harness the apartments amazing views. Each master bedroom is impeccably finished with bespoke wooden ceilings, TVs, sumptuous carpets, the highest quality latex topped mattresses, generous wardrobe space, a built in desk and a luxury ensuite, both of which feature double overhead showers in their oversize showers compartments. The two identical downstairs bedrooms (separated from the living space by a hallway) each features a lower double bed with a king single bunk above, enabling the room to cater for up to x3 individuals or a couple. Each room incorporates built in wardrobes, under-bed storage & LED TVs. The two downstairs bedroom share a 3rd bathroom separated from the main living space by a hallway. This property is generally the owners winter home and as such it is furnished like a home and incorporates the best in mattresses, linen, furnishings kitchen appliance and utensils throughout. The apartment has flat panel ceramic heaters in all rooms plus underfloor heating and fireplace in the living room. Drop-off parking allows you to leave bags and skis etc right at the apartment entrance. Free parking for the duration of your stay is provided for via a choice of x3 overnight car parks located 2/300 metres from the apartment. (Accessible by courtesy bus from 7am-9pm in 1-2 minutes) The building access is via level access from the central village mall with x3 short spilt staircases to the apartment. *With Thredbo's village being built into the hill the majority of apartment in the village are a steep walk up the hill to their front door or via a crowed bus ride post ski. Guest access The apartment offers guest comfortable storage for 10 sets of skis and poles on the ground floor. The locks for the Ski locker and car park or by way of combination so family members can come and go at their individual convenience. Other things to note The benefits of enjoying great Thredbo views and not having guests stomping around above you does mean the apartment is located up 2 flights of stairs at the top of its complex and therefore it is probably isn't the most suitable for mums with infant kids in prams or those with a disability.
