The apartment has its own entrance, full kitchen facilities, new kitchen & bathroom, wifi, TV (includes Netflix, Vodafone TV). Parking is across the road in a quiet cul-de-sac. The space Tastefully decorated with breakfast bar, new kitchen. Tea and Nespresso coffee and milk/sugar is provided. Comfortable separate lounge with a fold-down sofa that would suit a child/extra adult. Flat is part of our home and income but with separate access and facilities. Close to southern walkway for great views and good bus connections to the CBD. There is a heat pump in the lounge and heater in the bedroom as well as insulation. Guest access Access is up the front steps to the Red Front Door (door on right with a B). Guests can use the raised front garden area.
