A spacious Grade 2 Listed Dutch Style harbourside merchant house which has been split into two homes. You will be renting our home which spans across the first and second floors. It has been recently refurbished and has wonderful views of the harbour. There is a garden out the back with table and chairs. Close to the main town, beach and amenities of Weymouth. Dogs will be charged at £20 each per booking, please let me know if you are bringing your dog with you. The space We are few minutes' walk to the town centre and main Weymouth beach. The property comprises a modern kitchen-dining area with a kitchen table seating 6. Washing machine, microwave, range oven, hob, all amenties. The large lounge has two large sofas with unobstructed views over the harbour and town bridge with large flat screen tv with freeview and a dvd player. Bathroom 1 - bath, loo and basin. Modern and recently renovated. Up the stairs to Bedroom 1. Super king size bed with same views over the harbour. Flat screen tv. Chest of drawers and cupboard available. Bedroom 2 at the back of the house overlooking the back of the house. King size bed with built in cupboards available. Bedroom 3 is a twin bedded room with two single beds. Bathroom 2 - loo, basin and walk in power-shower. There is a conservatory out the back with tri-fold doors and a double sofa and arm chair. This leads to a couple of steps up into the walled garden (with good quality artifical grass) which you have sole use of. There is a large table and chairs. There is also lighting in the garden so can be used at night. The property comes with one parking permit. This is not an allocated parking space but it allows you to park in any Zone L space. Zone L runs from the front of the house, right down to the far end of the harbour and through Hope Square. Guest access Guests have access all areas :-) During holidays our changeover day is a Friday. Please keep this in mind when requesting a stay. CHECK-IN is from 4pm and check out by 10am. DOGS - We welcome well behaved dogs at an additional fee of £20/dog/stay to cover additional cleaning costs. We do ask that dogs are not left on their own in the house and are not allowed on the beds/furniture. Please let me know if you are planning on bringing your dog. Other things to note ACCESS - Sailor's Watch has lots of stairs. Stairs to get into the flat and also in the flat itself going up to the bedrooms. If you are mobility imparied this is probably not a good flat for you. NEIGHBOURS - Please be mindfull of the neighbours - both around us and downstairs. We have wooden floors and our kitchen is above the bedroom of our flat downstairs. So we politely ask our guests to removes their shoes in the kitchen if its early or late. Thank you.
