It has 2 floors: - the living area overlooking the terrace, 1 bathroom with toilet and 2 bedrooms: 1 bedroom with 1 bed in 140 and 1 bedroom with 2 beds in 90 - the floor with a bathroom (walk-in shower and toilet) and 2 bedrooms: 1 bedroom with 1 bed of 160 and a sea view and 1 bedroom with 2 beds of 90 (convertible to make a bed of 180). The proximity to the small sea of Gâvres allows swimming at high tide, and clamming at low tide (flat oysters, mussels, clams, razor clams...); the view changes with the tides, you can't get enough of it! Guest access Through a separate entrance to the right of the art gallery/crêperie, you access the cottage, comprising 2 floors (duplex) and a terrace on stilts at the back of the building.
