IMPORTANT: For Weekend Reservations, only 2-night reservations are accepted. From Sunday to Thursday you can reserve from 1 night Close to: IFEMA, Stadiums: Santiago Bernabéu and Cívitas Metropolitano Stadium, University of Navarra Clinic, Wizink Center and Barajas Airport. The space As you can see in the photos. The apartment consists of the following spaces: a living-dining room area with a sofa bed and television, the kitchen is in a closed space and equipped with the basics. In the sleeping area you have at your disposal: 1 bedroom with 2 double beds and has 1 full bathroom. It is a warm and welcoming space, used and oriented to provide the best stay for the guest. Guest access Guests have access to the entire property. Towels, bed linen and shower/Shampoo and hand soap included. The house has central heating (with variable hours depending on the community of neighbors). As for the air conditioning, there is an air machine that is controlled with a remote control in the living room (for use only in summer). There is no coffee pot. No toaster. No mixer. There is no daily cleaning of the apartment. The apartment is delivered clean and disinfected. (If you need daily cleaning, you can hire it separately) Other things to note The entry and delivery of keys in the apartment building is from 3:00 p.m. to 9:00 p.m. (Exceptionally: From 9:00 p.m. to 10:00 p.m. the keys will be collected at our offices with previous coordination) Legal registration of travelers according to Decree 1513/1959 and Decree 450/1975 For legal reasons, we need the identification data of all travelers over the age of 15.
