Just a 2 minute walk to the lake & playground at popular Wharewaka (4 mile bay) Modern kitchen, 3 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, 2 living areas. The space - With TVs, heat-pump/air-conditioning, fireplace, Netflix & indoor/outdoor flow to the private back yard. The owners have also kindly provided a kayak, stand up paddleboard and life-jackets for guests to use. Downstairs has the master bedroom with ensuite. Head upstairs to a second living area on the mezzanine floor plus two further bedrooms & bathroom. The bedding configuration is: Bedroom 1 - 1 x King bed Bedroom 2 - 1 x Queen bed Bedroom 3 - 1 x Split King (king or 2 singles) (If you require the split-king to be made as 2x Single beds, you must let us know at least 7 days prior to arrival). Please note: There is NO sofa bed in this property. This home sleeps up to 6 guests. Parking: Off street parking for boats, jet skis etc. Special conditions: Please note this property is not suitable for events or parties. We ask that you always keep noise to a reasonable level and are mindful of the neighbours.
