The space The apartment is located on the ground floor of the building, but the windows overlook the 2nd floor, on a quiet alley located below, between the Provencal Market and the sea. Just completely renovated, it offers modern and comfortable services: a beautiful room, a bathroom with Italian shower and toilet, a bedroom-cabin, a large living /dining room with fully equipped open kitchen, a sofa bed, Orange TV and free wifi. Access to the bathroom and therefore to the toilet is through the bedroom. The apartment is not air-conditioned but we provide tenants with a portable air-conditioner and two fans. Ideal location to do everything on foot: visits, shopping, sandy beaches, museums, etc. A wide choice of restaurants nearby (Les Vieux Murs, Les Filles du Micocoulier, etc.), shops, art galleries. The apartment enjoys the calm of the Impasse while being located in the liveliest district of Antibes. Located in a pedestrian area, it is not possible to park in front of the building. Possibility to reserve a place at the Q-Park Pré des Pêcheurs car park located 350m from the building (78€/week) or to park your car at the free Fort Carré car park with free shuttle to the city center every 10 minutes during the summer. The apartment is non-smoking, no parties or music in the evening, thank you for respecting the calm of the building and the neighborhood. Pets welcome with prior agreement of the owners. We can provide an umbrella bed and a high chair if needed, thank you to make us the request at least a week before your arrival. We remain reachable for the duration of the stay.
