Villa Ann - Lanzarote Country Villas.

Villa Ann is a vacation holiday rental property and is situated close to the centre of the island which makes it a great base for exploring all the delights Lanzarote has on offer. There are views from the patio towards Montaña Ubique. This part of the building is over 200 years old. There is a small supermarket at the end of the road and a Canarian Sociedad within walking distance. NO PARTIES OR EVENTS The space The whole property is available for you. Located within our grounds with plenty of private parking. Guest access The whole property is available for you, as is the swimming pool, pool table and private off road parking. Other things to note IMPORTANT NOTE: You will be required to provide details of your home address and telephone number and show passports/ID cards on arrival. This is to comply with the new law that came in to force on 2nd December 2024. We are legally obliged to provide these details and failure to comply could result in cancellation of the booking. PLEASE NOTE: WE DO NOT HAVE FACILITIES TO CHARGE ELECTRIC VEHICLES AT THE PRESENT TIME Next door to Villa Ann is Casa Ida which is where my husband and I live (with our elderly dog who is very quiet). Casa Ida does not have access to the swimming pool, pool table etc but does share the parking area. There is a further property, Casa Joanna, across the courtyard, again, this is adults only and only for 2 people. This property does not share the facilities of Villa Ann but again, shares the parking area.
