Two bedroom maisonette in prime location offering stunning views to sea and Whitby Abbey. The space Chim-chimney is a beautiful 2 bedroom apartment offering spectacular views of Whitby Abbey and out to sea. Located in the centre of town on a quiet street, it is less than a 10 minute stroll to the beach. The apartment is spacious, light and airy and contains a well-equipped family kitchen with dining area, separate lounge with Abbey View and family bathroom with wash basin, toilet, bath and shower. There is also a separate toilet. Our maisonette sleeps 4 adults with it having 1 double bedroom and 1 twin bedroom with Abbey and sea views out of the master bedroom. It has a spacious hallway for storage of bags, bikes, walking equipment and your doggy essentials! We also have parking vouchers available that allow free parking in permitted areas in nearby streets. We are also happy to accommodate 1 well behaved dog for which towels and bowls will be provided to make their stay as comfortable as yours! Our property is comprehensively alarmed with smoke and carbon monoxide detectors. Please note this is a no smoking property. Note: Hopefully we are now slowly returning to normality after a difficult period but just to let you know that we are taking additional measures at Chim-Chimney in light of the recent coronavirus pandemic. In addition to cleaning being carried out using appropriate PPE (mask, apron and gloves) we are ensuring there is more time in between guests checking in and out so that a deep clean is carried out at the property. We are paying particular attention to items and areas which receive frequent use, such as: - Doorknobs, toilets, taps, sinks, shower head, light switches, remote controls, stair bannisters, all appliances, keys and key safe. We have also supplied hand sanitiser gel, disinfectant spray and blue roll for you to use during your stay.
