With flexible sleeping arrangements, this cottage offers accommodation for up to 6 guests. There is a twin/double bedroom situated on the ground floor, as well as a master bathroom. In addition, there is also a double bedroom and a twin bedroom on the second floor, as well as an en-suite bathroom. Nestled on the pedestrian path connecting The Scores and North Street, Steprock is peacefully set back from the throughfare, amongst its walled boundaries. The Old Course is just a short 2 minute walk away, with all of St Andrews’ popular restaurants, cafés and shops just 200m away. The front, paved garden is equipped with a table and chairs to allow guests to make the most of the St Andrews summer sun. Entering through the vestibule, the ground floor consists of a super king or twin bedroom, as well as the master bathroom, equipped with a shower cubicle and separate bath tub. Just along the hall, the property opens in to a bright, open plan living room, kitchen, and diner. The cosy living area boasts patio doors leading to the front garden; a gas fire for chilly winter evening; and a piano, because why not?! The modern yet country-home style kitchen is spacious and bright, with an built in, bench style dining table nestled in the corner. The first floor encompasses a master double bedroom with an en-suite shower room, as well as the third, twin bedroom.
