Resort living on Bells Beach acreage.

Idyllic family home only a stones throw to Bells Beach or the family friendly Point Addis Beach. You can take a short drive to Torquay or Angelsea for restaurants, cafes and pubs. Local walking tracks such as the "Iron Basin" are a must. The space Our home has the benefit of being close to world famous beaches whilst having 10 acres of bush and a small paddock, a sometimes home to 2 Alpacas. We have chickens that provide us with daily fresh eggs or the kids may just want a pat. Our toy poodles name is Leo and there's always some local Kangaroos grazing on our grass. Guest access Our home has 2 self contained zones separated from each other. Whilst we will continue to reside on the property during your stay, you will have exclusive access to the advertised living area including pool/deck. There will be no shared living zones and we will make you feel like you are on your own. Other things to note There will be a family of 5 remaining on the balance of the property during your stay. Our kids know they wont be taking a dip in the pool whilst you are with us but you may run into them at one of the local surf spots.
