Other things to note Our standard check-in time is between 3:00 pm and 8:00 pm (arrivals before 3:00 pm can be arranged upon request). Arrivals between 8:00 pm and midnight will incur a €50 arrival fee, payable in cash upon arrival. We can also organize check-in between midnight and 1:00 am with a surcharge of €100, to be paid in cash upon arrival. Check-in after 1:00 am can only be organized upon request. These charges are necessary due to the additional staffing required for these late arrivals. Beds will be arranged as either doubles or twins as shown in the photos. The possibility of turning a double bed into twins or vice versa can be found in the description and must be requested at least 7 days before arrival Please note that the operation of air conditioning and heating are subjected to the municipality regulation. Generally, the heating works from middle of October to middle of April, while air conditioning works between middle of Aprile to middle of October. Please contact us for further information.
