Traditional Trullo and large Villa, both equipped with all modern comforts. Very large pool (10 x 10 mt) surrounded by a fence to make it safe for kids. Beautiful garden with fruit trees and olive trees, some of which several hundreds of years old. We are confident we can recommend this property to anyone, including families with small children. The space A lovely traditional and completely restored Trullo house and a luxurious Villa: Dimora Fumarola is ideal for families or a group of friends. Large garden (10.000 sq mt) and swimming pool (10 x 10 mt) which is surrounded by a fence to make it safe for kids. It is located in the heart of the famous Itria Valley, near Locorotondo, Martina Franca and Alberobello, in an area which is by many considered to be one of the most beautiful spots of the region. The Trullo, built in the early 18th century by an ancestor, has been carefully restored to give it all modern comforts whilst keeping its original features, such as the exposed stone arches and the century-old limestone on the floor. The Villa is a recent construction. We have worked with an architect as we wanted the house to be inspired by the traditional farmhouses without trying to look ancient. All rooms, both in the Trullo and the Villa are generously sized and full of light. The kitchens are fully equipped and there are various lounge areas with extra-large sofas. The perfect place to kick back and relax. Baby cots (the foldable kind) and chairs for babies/toddlers are available. The garden has lots of fruit trees and olive trees (some several centuries old). The swimming pool is open from beginning of April until end of October. 2 outside dining areas, one right by the Trullo, the other by the Swimming Pool. Both houses have independent central heating (underfloor in the Villa) and Internet access (WiFi). Pets are welcome with prior approval. Guest access Guests will have exclusive use of the entire property (ie. both houses, garden/pool and land surrounding the garden). The whole plot measure about one hectare. Other things to note We commit to responsible hospitality in order to promote a more sustainable way of travelling. 1) Save energy - Solar panels on the villa‘s roof supply some of the energy we use for warm water, heating, air conditioning, pool etc. - Help us save energy by using a few simple tricks without, of course, compromising on comfort. Just follow our easy instructions you will find inside the houses. 2) Fight waste - Separate household waste to help recycle as much as possible. Just follow our simple tips which you will find upon arrival. - Reusable shopping bags provided. - Refillable bottles for shampoo, shower gel and hand soap. - Most of our detergents are organic and sourced from a tap refill store in Martina Franca. - Our tap water is of good drinking quality (regularly tested).
