A wonderful place all year round. Family friendly, completely safe for children. The pool is protected by a fence. There are two houses, a traditional Trullo, built by our ancestors, and a villa. Both houses are equipped with every modern comfort. The pool is 10 x 10 meters. The houses are surrounded by a large garden with lawn, centuries-old olive trees and fruit trees. The entire property is about 2.5 acres. The space This is a wonderful place that offers many things to do for the whole family. The property is in a very quiet, safe and child-friendly location, the pool is protected by a fence. There are many attractions in the area: many beautiful towns with wonderful historic centers, UNESCO sites such as Alberobello (just a 15-minute drive away) and Matera, Lecce with its fantastic Baroque, many beaches on both coasts, countless typical restaurants for all budgets. Follow our simple instructions that you will find upon arrival. - Reusable shopping bags are provided. - Refillable bottles for shampoo, shower gel and hand soap. - Most of our detergents are organic and come from a store in Martina Franca that sells them on tap in reusable containers. - The water in our taps is regularly tested and is of good drinking quality. It is therefore not necessary to buy plastic bottles. 3) Buy local products - Guide to zero kilometer shopping. - List of local markets for local agricultural products.
