Description
The studio is a large (6.2m x 3.6m) private addition to an existing weatherboard family home. It's out of sight so has plenty of privacy as well as your own entrance via a well-lit stone path. The space The studio itself is separate to the house but is joined by a large deck. It's out of sight so has plenty of privacy as well as your own entrance via a well-lit stone path. Jim is the owner and lives in the main house while friend co-host Amanda has a private room also attached to the main deck. The room contains a microwave, fridge, kettle, glasses, cups, crockery and utensils as well as complementary coffee, tea, milk and water. The other tenant is a ten-year old black lab/pointer called Curly. He's quite enthusiastic when meeting new people but soon calms down. He lives in the main house with Jim and his main job is to keep other dogs away, which he is quite good at. The property is quiet but is literally around the corner from the main street of Mullumbimby, just a two minute walk to all shops, cafes etc. Guest access Guests can access the main deck, kitchen, laundry, garden and pretty much anything within reason. Just ask. During your stay Usually, at least one of the hosts, Jim or Amanda, will be on hand. We're happy to socialise, but if you want a truly private stay, the place is set up with it's own entrance so you can literally never see us unless you want to. Other things to note Please be aware that check out is up to 10am and check in is from 2pm. However if you require a late check out or early check in, just ask and we will accommodate if possible. The room is thoroughly cleaned prior to your arrival, so time needs to be made available for that. Registration Details PID-STRA-29131
