The apartment is super accessible by car, public transport or also on foot from the station. The space The apartment is located as the only apartment in the attic (4th floor) of a 2017 lovingly renovated Grüderzeithaus with fantastic views over the city. It consists of a spacious bedroom with double bed and closet, a modern bathroom with tub(!) and shower door, as well as a large living-dining area with sofa bed (200x80cm) and fully equipped kitchen. In the kitchen there is a combination oven with hot air microwave, dishwasher, 4-burner stove, fridge with freezer, blender, kettle and of course plenty of dining and cookware. For the existing Nespresso machine, you can buy capsules from us if needed (cost price). The apartment is equipped with fast internet and Wi-Fi and has a smart TV on which you have access to your online video stores (Amazon Prime, Watchever, Maxdome, Videoload, etc.) at any time. There is also a Bluetooth digital radio, so your favorite music doesn't have to stay at home. Another highlight of the apartment is the quiet and protected balcony to relax. The whole apartment is renovated to a high standard, 47m² in size and equipped with underfloor heating and real wood parquet. Guest access Of course, you will have access to the entire apartment - and you will have it to yourself. In the lockable backyard, there is also a covered bicycle rack. Other things to note We do not have fixed times for check-in and check-out. Whenever you want to arrive, just let us know and we will find a way to welcome you or at least hand over the key with the most important information to you.
