Character house with covered heated pool

1.5 hours from Paris, characterful house offering all the comforts for a stay of up to 6 adults + children (up to 6). Sauna, fireplace, TV, Wifi, and outside: indoor heated pool until Monday, November 11 (in 2024), large garden, swing, trampoline and ping pong table. The pool shelter also covers a terrace area with garden furniture to eat sheltered by the water. After a bad experience, we don't accept parties. The space The house offers 3 double bedrooms (140cm beds for 2, 160cm bed for the last one) and a large children's room with 4 to 6 single beds. It is ideal for 2 (to 3) couples with children who want to find themselves in a quiet location where children can have fun and parents enjoy... In this spirit, we prefer family rentals. During school holidays (stalled on zone C) the house is only rented by the week, from Saturday 5pm to the following Saturday 11am. For the rest of the year, weekend rentals start on Friday at 7 p.m. and end on Sunday at 7 p.m. Apart from the end of stay cleaning, all charges are included in the displayed rate (electricity, water, firewood, heated pool...). We are not able to offer sheets and towels in the basic offer. Only towels and bath mats are automatically provided. Linens and towels may be requested as an option. We also offer an "end of stay cleaning" option. A rental agreement will be systematically issued and must be signed. To do this, we will always ask you, in case of booking, to provide us with your email address and your postal address. Guest access The house is independent and the pool is completely private. You'll have exclusive access to the entire space and the property. Other things to note Rates if rented during the week: The prices shown for weekdays (excluding school holidays) are the price of additional nights for weekend rentals. If you want to book on weekdays only, a quote will be sent to you. Bikes: Some reviews may refer to bikes in the house, while the listing indicates that there are none. This is intentional*. The house has several bicycles, but after years of struggle, we had to face the facts: the damage is too much and too frequent for us to be able to maintain this equipment properly. We therefore do not guarantee that you can use them. Sorry about that. * To avoid disappointment, we wanted to avoid anyone expecting to find bikes on site, but the presence of some reviews prompted us to clarify this situation.
