Character house with covered heated pool

1h30 from Paris, house of character offering all the comforts for a stay of 6 adults maximum + children (up to 6). Sauna, fireplace, TV, Wi-Fi, and outside: heated indoor pool until Monday, November 11 (in 2024), large garden, swing, trampoline and ping pong table. The pool enclosure also covers a terrace area with garden furniture for sheltered dining by the water. Following a bad experience, we do not accept parties. The space The house offers 3 double bedrooms (140 cm beds for 2 of them, 160 cm bed for the last one) and a large children's bedroom with 4 to 6 single beds. It is ideal for 2 (to 3) couples with children who want to meet in a quiet place where children can have fun and parents can enjoy... With this in mind, we favor family rentals. During school holidays (based on zone C) the house is only rented by the week, from Saturday 5 p.m. to the following Saturday 11 a.m. The rest of the year, weekend rentals start on Friday at 7 p.m. and end on Sunday at 7 p.m. Apart from the end-of-stay cleaning, all charges are included in the displayed rate (electricity, water, firewood, heated pool...). We are unable to offer sheets and towels in the basic offer. Only tea towels and bath mats are automatically provided. Linens and towels can however be requested as an option. We also offer an "end of stay cleaning" option. A rental agreement will be systematically edited and must be signed. A template of the proposed contract is visible in the "House Rules" section of this listing. For this, we will always ask you, in case of booking, to provide us with your email address and your postal address. Guest access The house is independent and the pool is completely private. You will have exclusive access to the entire property and land. Other things to note Rates if rented during the week: The prices displayed for weekdays (excluding school holidays) correspond to the prices of additional nights in the event of a weekend rental. If you wish to book on weekdays only, a quote will be sent to you. Bicycles: Some reviews may refer to bicycles in the house, while the listing says there are none. This is voluntary*. The house does have several bicycles, but after years of battle, we had to face the facts: the damage is too numerous and too frequent for us to be able to ensure serious maintenance of this equipment. Therefore, we do not guarantee that you can use them. We're sorry about that. * To avoid any disappointment, we wanted to avoid anyone expecting to find bicycles on site, but the presence of certain reviews prompts us to clarify this situation.
