The space On top of all that, SALT BUSH home offers everything you’re looking for in a relaxing holiday experience, whether it be a short stay for a weekend of high quality golf, wineries and bush walking, horse riding - or simply an extended beach holiday for the whole family. This four bedroom home is nestled high in the treetops and overlooks the 15th hole of St Andrews Beach Golf Course. It’s light-filled, relaxed and modern with timber floors throughout and a cosy log fire. With a large, open-plan living/dinning space, the kitchen is a warm and inviting place for family and friends to gather. Plus a spacious, fully equipped rumpus/TV room downstairs to retreat to for some quiet time if so desired! The home boasts two private entertaining decks on two levels. The top deck is complete with outdoor dinning table, outdoor lounge, BBQ and a bath!...for soaking in the views with a quiet sunset drink. The bottom deck is complete with two sun lounges a bench and space for quiet reflection or meditation overlooking the beautiful moonah trees. All you can hear is the sound of the crashing waves at night and distant tanker fog horns to serenade you to sleep. With all of these creature comforts, and an eye for detail, this property awaits you for your Peninsula escape. Guest access Whole house Other things to note PET FRIENDLY - Pets allowed upon application, but must remain off all furniture and beds throughout the house. Please bring your own dog bedding and bowls. Please take note a $150 CLEANING FEE will apply if approved. Dogs are very welcome at our property. We simply ask that guests ensure the garden is left clean and free of any toys and pet waste prior to check-out. We really appreciate your cooperation Only registered guests are permitted to stay overnight. Parties and gatherings are not permitted. PARKING Parking is available for up to 4 vehicles under the carport and driveway. CHECK-IN & CHECK-OUT Full check-in details will be sent prior to your arrival. Please reach out via Airbnb messaging or host mobile for any questions or assistance during your stay. KEYS Please return keys to the key safe after letting yourself in, this allows maintenance access without disturbing you. Two sets of keys are on the dining table for your convenience. A replacement fee applies for lost keys. FIREPLACE A complimentary basket of wood is provided. Use the flue lever to regulate burn speed pushed left, the fire burns slower but continues. Additional wood is $35/bag from the woodshed. NOISE Please be considerate of neighbours at all times. No outdoor music after 11pm. Non-compliance with the Mornington Peninsula Shire Council Code of Conduct may result in fines of up to $1,000. SMOKING SaltBush Treetops is strictly non-smoking indoors. ON YOUR DEPARTURE Please leave the suite tidy: Wash, dry and put away all dishes Empty the fridge and pantry Leave dirty towels in the bathroom, no need to strip the beds Lock all doors and windows Turn off all lights, heaters and appliances Thank you for your cooperation
