The 4**** classification was renewed on September 1, 2022. We offer discounted rates from 3 consecutive nights. We also speak English, German and Spanish, to better accommodate you. The accommodation is very comfortable, always impeccable and perfectly equipped, even for long stays. A pretty little terrace is at your disposal under your windows. Parking is no longer free on the street since July 1, 2024. We have obtained permission to allow our guests to benefit from our resident rate. You will need to provide us with a copy of your registration certificate, vehicle make and color, as well as license plate, at least 8 days prior to your arrival. We will make the request for you by attaching the reservation made on the platform. The rate you could then benefit from would be a weekly package of €6/week. For your arrival and unloading your luggage (or in the evening/night when there are no more checks), we can offer you temporary parking in front of our gates or garages. All shops and public transport are very close (see neighborhood and transport sections) The Internet is very high speed by fiber, accessible by Lan (2 Ethernet sockets) and Wi-Fi. Equipment available: induction cooktop, convection oven, range hood, dishwasher, washing machine, (dryer at our home upstairs, if needed) fridge-freezer, microwave, Nespresso Citiz, filter coffee maker, kettle, toaster, mixer/blender/chopper, vacuum cleaner, iron and ironing board, hair dryer, sunrise simulator alarm clock, connected HD LED TV, DVD player, CD player, Netflix. Naturally, everything is provided in dishes and kitchen utensils. Beds are made upon arrival (cotton percale bed linen, duvets and pillows and fine bedding) and soft towels are provided (2 per person). There is liquid soap and toilet paper in the bathroom. In the kitchen, the following are available: grocery starter kit (salt, pepper, olive oil, balsamic vinegar, thyme/bay leaf, spices, mustard, ketchup, assortment of teas, a few coffee pods, sugar in pieces and powder) and basics like aluminum foil, paper towels, cellophane, coffee filters. Possible loan of: Bluetooth speakers, game console, books and comics, cooler and refrigerant packs, our gas BBQ, and many other things... (sewing kit, shoe polish, etc...). Just ask us! We can also offer you additional services (for a fee): dry cleaning, groceries, additional cleaning, bus and tram transport tickets, ... Guest access The whole apartment, terrace/garden. We give priority to our guests for the use of the terrace, but in exceptional cases we may reserve it for ourselves.
