The main living area has ceiling to floor sliding doors that open up onto the wrap around deck with solar heated infinity edge swimming pool, gas heated spa, BBQ, outdoor dining for 8 people, sun-beds and aperitif lounge. Direct access to the outdoor fire pit and vineyard. Simply the perfect setting to sit it back and watch the boats on the bay whilst sipping your local glass of Pinot Gris! This wing also includes the study, fully equipped laundry, and master suite with a king size bed, expansive sea views, and large en-suite with large bath tub and WIR. The second wing has 3 more bedrooms: A king size bedroom with shared ensuite (with bath) & WIR; twin king size single beds with shared ensuite & WIR; bunk room with two king single bunks. There is also an extra bathroom to serve the bunk room.
