There are 6 bedrooms, 4 bathrooms, large lounge, dining room and fully equipped kitchen with dishwasher, washing machine and tumble dryer. The house is set in a peaceful setting, yet close to the excellent market towns of Gavray and Hambye, and the amazing unspoilt coast with quiet beaches is only a short drive away. The space La Germainiere is a lovely old farmhouse that has been completely renovated to create a beautiful holiday house with enormous character. The house is spread over three floors, and is extremely well-furnished and equipped for 12 people. The house has 6 spacious bedrooms, a well fitted kitchen and breakfast area, large beamed drawing room with magnificent Normandy fireplace, dining room with table and a table tennis room. French doors lead to the beautiful mature gardens and to the lovely 10x5m swimming pool set on the lower lawn and there is plenty of garden furniture allowing you to fully enjoy the outdoors during your holiday. Guest access Guests have exclusive use of the whole farmhouse, grounds and pool. There are no shared facilities. Parking is available for up to five cars. Well behaved pets welcome by prior arrangement. Other things to note Facilities include Wifi internet access, Satellite TV, video player, DVD player, telephone with free calls to all European land lines. Also full central heating, huge log fire (logs included), BBQ, table tennis room and huge gardens to roam. The private heated pool is included between May and the end of October. There is a laundry room with washing machine, tumble drier, iron and ironing board. Cots and highchairs can be provided free of charge if requested. All linen included.
