The beautiful and light-flooded new vacation apartment "Sunny" is located in Bregenz, 15 minutes walking distance from the city center and accommodates 2 guests. The rooms include an open living/dining area with a high-quality and well-equipped kitchen, a bathroom with shower and a bedroom with double bed. Additionally, there is a sofa bed in the living room with room for 1 or 2 children. The kitchen offers all the comfort to guarantee a pleasant stay. Other things to note This includes a dishwasher, a mixer, a coffee machine including coffee, a kettle and of course a fridge/freezer and a stove with oven. On the beautiful terrace - equipped with comfortable garden furniture - you start the day with an extensive breakfast while enjoying a great view on the mountains. Due to the central location of the apartment you can reach two large grocery markets after a 14-minute walk (1.2 km). Numerous restaurants and cafés can be found in the center of Bregenz (3 minutes by car, less than 2 km away). The shore of Lake Constance can be reached in 20 minutes on foot. From there you can take an excursion boat towards Lindau or eastern Lake Constance. The local mountain of Bregenz, Pfänder at 1064 m, can be easily reached by cable car. The Pfänderbahn is about 8 minutes by car away (2.8 km). An underground parking space is available. Pets are allowed on request. Maximum capacity is 2 adults + 2 children (not 3 or 4 adults!).
