The semi-detached house in a quiet location is in 2. Sea line. From all floors there is a sea view, from the roof terrace you have a spectacular view of the island of Cabrera. It has its own pool, which does not have to be shared with neighbors, air conditioning, DSL connection with WiFi, flat screen TV with Chromecast and Blueray player, heating etc. Both a Weber gas grill and a Weber charcoal grill are available for everyone with "the will to grill". There are also 2 bicycles in the house. Both bedrooms are furnished with a double bed (1.80x2.00 and 1.60x2.00) and have air conditioning. The large bedroom has a lounge area to the balcony. If the weather is not so good, you can make yourself comfortable here and look at the sea and read a book or listen to music. The large kitchen with partial sea view is equipped with a fridge, gas stove (5 fireplaces), oven, microwave, Nespresso and filter coffee machine and dishwasher. A washing machine is in the storage room. Both bathrooms have a bath, the bathroom in the master bedroom with a bath for 2 people is en suite and also has sea views. Hair dryer, towels and bed linen are in the house. A surveillance camera is installed in the driveway; it is there solely for security reasons and covers only the lower part of the driveway and the gate.
