The Blue House is located in the Gers, about forty kilometers from Toulouse, perched on a hill with stunning views of the Pyrenees. We welcome you to the Tribu gîte, with a maximum capacity of 12 people. Large shared pool, petanque court, ping-pong, children's playground, badminton. Weekly rental in July-August, for 2 nights minimum the rest of the year. Prices include sheets, towels, house linen and end-of-stay cleaning. The space A fully-equipped kitchen will allow you to prepare your meals. OPENING FOR RENTAL since 2022 OF ANOTHER SMALL INDEPENDENT COTTAGE (TWO COMFORTABLE BEDROOMS + KITCHEN-LIVING ROOM), BRINGING THE TOTAL ACCOMMODATION CAPACITY TO 16 PEOPLE. Each bedroom of the cottage has its own bathroom with shower and private toilet. To increase your living space and allow you to enjoy the terrace even in winter, we have equipped the pergola with quality transparent fabrics, creating a large space protected from the rain and also from the cold thanks to the presence of an outdoor terrace heater. Guest access Guests will have access to the entire cottage which is independent of our home, the garden and its amenities (with the exception of our private area), as well as permanent access to the pool, which is shared with the possible tenants of a 2-person bed and breakfast cottage and those of a small 4-person cottage, located on the estate. On the property is a charming bed and breakfast cottage with private spa, reserved for the tenants of this structure and not being accessible to the tenants of the cottage.
