The space The house has 3 bedrooms (4x singles + 2 queen) and 2 bathrooms, there is a garden studio as a 4th bedroom. Sleeps 8 people (ideally maximum 6 adults and 2 children) The Outdoor studio has a lovely balcony a Queen bed, TV & DVD, small fridge, tea & coffee facility. Heaters in all the bedrooms Bathroom 1: shower Bathroom 2; shower & long deep bath There is an outdoor shower for after the beach! The house is fully equipped for children with games, toys, books and DVD's. The garden is fully secure. Guest access The whole property is part of the rental, if you have 6 people, the studio will be included in your booking at no extra charges. Other things to note $50 extra per night for outdoor studio; the studio is only available for guests renting the house. If the number of people is 6 or more, you don't pay extra for the outdoor studio, it will be included in your booking.
