Listed period cottage in the pretty conservation village of Kilconquhar near Elie with its beautiful sandy beach and convenient for exploring St Andrews and the East Neuk fishing villages. The cottage, which sleeps six , is thought to date from the late 18th century and is situated in a quiet lane, with a private parking space for one car. French doors lead to a private enclosed rear garden. Pet friendly. The space The cottage has one en suite double bedroom on the ground floor level and, on the upper level, one large room separated by a wall (but no door) containing a king size and twin beds. There is also a separate snug/play area with sofa bed and additional TV/DVD/games console, giving a range of sleeping options. Downstairs there is a kitchen open plan to dining room, with back door to garden, a separate bathroom with bath and over bath shower and sitting room with French doors leading to the garden., and wood burning stove. The garden has two sheds providing storage for bikes and prams if necessary. The cottage has full gas central heating, broadband wi fi, TV with access to netflix and freeview channels, soundbar, and bluray DVD player with a selection of DVDs. Ideal for families with children and small groups. Well behaved pets welcome. High thread count bed linen and towels as well as Highland Soaps organic toiletries are provided. Guest access Guests can access the whole property. Other things to note Jasmine cottage is pet and child friendly and features an enclosed garden. Families should note that there are steps leading to the garden which is on two levels, and so very young children would need to be supervised in this area. Please note there is also an old well in the garden. It has a security grate over the top of it but it would still be advisable to exercise caution with young children in this area.
