The dishwasher and large fridge freezer are also in this room along with a large shower room for rinsing the sand off your toes, a separate loo, washing machine, tumble dryer and butlers sink. This leads neatly into a well equipped kitchen with electric hob and oven. Plenty of space for preparing dinner and packing up the picnic. Next door is a large sitting/dining room featuring a beautiful bay window overlooking the garden and beyond to the shimmering estuary complete with bobbing boats. A dining table sits at the far end of the room great for family gatherings while you plan the day ahead. Two chairs sit side by side in the bay window, perfect for gazing out over the water. The second bedroom has two single beds (Which can be separated or pushed up together.)
