The city bus line 2 brings you every 30 minutes on the Lindau island (even in the evening) - the best: the bus stop is only 50m away from your apartment. The city bus is included in the tourist tax and can be used free of charge with the Echt Bodenseecard included in the tourist tax. Lake Constance is only 8-10 minutes drive away and invites you to take a bath or go for long walks. Lindau is located in the border triangle Germany, Austria and Switzerland and is thus in close proximity to Lake Constance but also the Alps. From your holiday home there are beautiful cycling and hiking trails in the surrounding area. It offers space for 2 to 3 people through two separate beds in the bedroom with a 140cm bed and a single bed. In addition, the apartment is equipped with a stepless bathroom and walk-in shower. The open living and dining area allows a completely satisfied stay with its comfortable facilities. The kitchen includes a dishwasher, oven and small appliances such as toaster, coffee maker, etc. Adjacent is a comfortable seating area with a sofa and an LCD TV. The quiet location on the outskirts of the city guarantees pure relaxation on the spacious terrace. It invites you to relax. When the weather is nice, you can have breakfast here, enjoy the tranquility, read a good book and listen to the birdsong. In addition, you can use the communal garden with adjoining creek and loungers. For relaxation, sunbeds are available in the garden. You can park your car for free in front of the house.
