Get away from it all and relax. Fully furnished 4 bedroom, 2 bathroom house near the beach. Perfect for couples or families. 3 minute walk to the sandy expanse of Waikuku beach. The picturesque Ashley river estuary is only a 5 minute stroll away. Enjoy the quiet Waikuku beach settlement. The space The house is situated up a private right of way and is sheltered by a hedge. It faces the Waikuku reserve and is a 3 minute walk from the beach. The master bedroom has a king size bed with ensuite toilet and shower. The second bedroom has a queen sized bed. Double king size single bunks and a king single make up the other two bedrooms. There is a tv for playing games or dvd's in the study and a larger tv in the lounge - hopefully the sun is shining and you will be enjoying the outdoors! Wifi is provided free of charge. The kitchen is well appointed with everything you need (including tea and coffee) along with a laundry containing a washing machine and drier. A wood fire is available in the lounge and a portable heater for the colder nights. A large deck at the rear catches the morning sun. At the front you get views of Mount Grey and the afternoon sun on the deck there. Guest access Two mountain bikes, bbq and a couple of boogie boards are available for guests to use.
