The Ballabourneen is a beautiful country estate located in a quiet cul-de-sec, close to the cellar doors and restaurants of Lovedale. Perfect house for those wishing to cook up a storm in the gourmet kitchen, complete with a walk in cool room and scullery. Get cosy by the open fire in winter or take a dip in the infinity pool in the warmer months. Fabulous for groups of 10-13 guests, both families and friends will love it. The space Unwind at The Ballabourneen Estate with the following bedding configuration: Homestead Bedroom 1 – King bed with ensuite Bedroom 2 – Twin share (king single beds) Bedroom 3 – King bed or twin share Bedroom 4 – Queen bed Cottage Bedroom 1 – Queen bed Bedroom 2 – Queen bed King single rollaway bed The Ballabourneen Estate is professionally cleaned and prepared for your arrival with crisp, professionally laundered linens and many added touches so you’ll feel relaxed and at home as soon as you arrive. Guest access ACCESS: A unique access code will be sent to your mobile phone via SMS just prior to your agreed check in time. WHAT'S INCLUDED: The Ballabourneen is stocked with a selection of cooking utensils, crockery, cutlery, glassware and dishwashing supplies. We supply salt & pepper, coffee, tea & sugar, olive oil, paper towel, toilet paper and shampoo, conditioner, shower gel and hand wash. PLEASE NOTE - We do not supply milk. We also provide you with professionally laundered bed linen, doonas and/or blankets plus bath mats, hand towels, tea towels and a bath towel for each guest. Other things to note The minimum booking rate is based on up to 10 guests. Additional guests beyond 10 are charged at a per person, per night rate. Please enter your guest numbers to obtain accurate pricing for your group. ** PLEASE NOTE** 1 of the king beds at The Ballabourneen Estate can be split into single beds. We require your preferred bedding configuration no later than 7 days prior to arrival. If we are not advised otherwise, it will be made as a king bed. Changes to bedding within 7 days of arrival will incur the following charges: $50 per king bed split during business hours 9am to 5pm Mon-Fri. $50 per king bed split plus $100 call-out fee outside of business hours. The fireplace will be available for use between 1 April and 31 September. Firewood, firelighters and matches will be provided during this period. Registration Details PID-STRA-20253
