On the ground floor: equipped kitchen (oven, microwave, glass plates, refrigerator/freezer) open to a large dining room, 1 laundry room with refrigerator, washing machine and dryer, 1 toilet and 1 walk-in shower. On the 1st floor: 1 large living room with flat screen TV + reading area/game room with bench/bed 1 place, 1 large bedroom with double bed, 1 toilet and 1 shower room with walk-in shower and hydromassage jets) On the 2nd floor: 4 large bedrooms (3 with double bed and 1 children's bedroom with 2 single beds and possibility of 2 other beds on the floor), 1 bathroom. A folding bed can also be provided at no extra charge. Outside, a large terrace enclosed by a veranda that can accommodate 10/12 people for a meal, barbecue (charcoal) available. All on a wooded and enclosed garden of about 700 m² with a wooden hut for the little ones. Possibility to park up to 4 cars on the property.
