The gîte does not have a socket for charging electric cars. The gîte is not accessible to people with reduced mobility. To return the premises in a clean condition and to bear the costs of this restoration. To use the premises only for housing without causing neighborhood disturbances (noises, smells, smoke, lights, etc.) Not to assign or sublet this lease under any circumstances, even free of charge, without the written consent of the Lessor To authorize the Lessor to carry out any repairs whose urgency and necessity appear during the rental and this without claiming compensation or a reduction in rent. Not to intervene in any case on the machinery of the pool, nor on the devices ensuring its operation. In the event of a breakdown or problem, the Tenant must notify the Lessor as soon as possible. The Lessor will demonstrate the operation of the pool upon key handover. The safety device being a fence in accordance with the AFNOR NF P90 - 306 standard, it is recalled that children must remain under the supervision of an adult in this space. The Tenant will be held responsible for any accident that occurs due to failure to use this device and breach of safety rules. The Lessor will be relieved of all liability in the same case. Similarly, the Tenant shall be liable for any failure or breakdown or deterioration of the pool operating equipment (machinery) in the event of intervention by the said Tenant on such equipment. Charging an electric car is not possible at the rental, as the outlets of the cottage are not adapted to the power required. It is therefore forbidden to plug into a socket of the gîte to charge an electric car. The Lessor will be relieved of any liability for any accident or damage that may occur as a result of a breach of these precautionary rules. The Lessor will not be held responsible for malfunction of the wireless internet connection (WiFi in the event of malfunction of the regional server. Upon the arrival and departure of the Tenant, in the presence of the Lessor or a beneficiary designated by him, a complete inventory of the furniture and equipment made available to the said Tenant will be carried out. In the event of damage to the premises and/or the environment (vegetation of the garden), loss or damage to equipment and/or furniture, duly noted, the Tenant will be held liable and must pay corresponding compensation. Method of payment and special provisions: The tenant undertakes, upon signature of the contract, and upon receipt thereof, to pay a deposit of €…. by bank transfer or by check addressed to the Lessor, at the latter's address, 62 rue des Ormeaux, 41700 Oisly, with the signed contract. Without payment of the deposit within 7 days of receipt of this letter, the contract will be canceled. The balance of the rental amount will be paid no later than 10 days before the start of the rental. A deposit check, in the amount of €400, will be given by the Tenant to the Lessor or their beneficiary, on the day of the Tenant's arrival after the inventory. It will not be cashed and will be returned to the Tenant, at the time of departure, after the inventory, except for loss or damage to equipment duly noted. In this case, this deposit check will only be returned after the replacement or compensation of said equipment by the Tenant.
