It has one bathroom, kitchen, living-room with a double sofa bed, terrace and solar terrace and private garden. It has a private parking and an outdoor shower to get rid of the beach sand. And the sandy beach is only a few steps away from the garden gate. Each of our vilas have their own style with personal touch and all the facilities you need to enjoy a great holiday at seafront. In case you are thinking of enjoying a nice holiday almost in the sea do not hesitate in contacting us. :) Welcome to the door to the sea! Guest access The garden, the villa and the parking is to be used only by the guests. There are no common areas shared with others. Nevertheless we will be available all the time in case you would have any questions or doubts. Other things to note This property will not be rented out to groups of people younger than 25 years. Student parties, bachelorette or bachelor parties or any form of drinking parties are not allowed as the Villa is located in a residential area with mandatory regulations regarding noise.
