Furniture includes linen Lounge, chair and ottoman, dining table with 4 chairs and washer/dryer. Kitchen is fully equipped with standard size fridge, microwave / griller oven and dishwasher. Dining table set and smart TV. There is an air conditioner in the lounge area and fans in the bedrooms. The apartment features Seed organic sanitisation products and luxury bathroom amenities as well as a hairdryer There is an external table and chair of you’d like to sit outside and enjoy your morning coffee or have an afternoon drink Guest access Access via pedestrian gate at the front of the property. There is a lock box where you can access the keys. The keys are to be returned to the lock box upon departure. Parking available on the street. Other things to note No beach access from the actual property. It’s a 2 minute walk via the street and public entrance to the beach. A $1000 security deposit applies per rental.
