Killcare house quiet & private - stunning views

Quiet, private retreat with stunning views of Hardy's Bay and/or Bouddi National Park from most rooms. Ten minutes from Killcare Beach and Hardy's Bay cafes. With the bay in front and bush behind, Bouddi Retreat is the perfect place to rest, relax and enjoy time with friends and family in a beautiful natural environment. The house has plenty of space inside and out for enjoying the passing parade of bay activity and birdlife during the day, sunsets and twinkling lights at night. Linen included. The space Four bedrooms (three queen and one with two single beds). One queen and a twin single bedroom on the first floor have stunning views of Hardy's Bay, and another queen on the first floor has beautiful views of the angophora forest and filtered bay views while one large and private queen bedroom on the ground floor has an ensuite but not much by way of views. There is also a study with beautiful views of bush and bay and one of the bedrooms with bay views also has a desk and office chair. The internet and mobile coverage are both very good making working from the property easy. There are two bathrooms, one being the ensuite with shower adjoining the ground floor bedroom and the other on first floor with bath tub and shower. There is a spacious, well equipped kitchen and a dining space overlooking the bay. The lounge room is spacious, again, with wonderful water views, board games, books, smart TV and a hi fi and the house has two large decks for outdoor dining or just relaxing contemplating the birds and views. There is an inclinator as well as stairs to access the house from street level. There are 30 steps with hand rails from the street to the inclinator but, as long as they are OK with these steps, anyone with impaired mobility can sleep in the ground floor queen bedroom with ensuite which is where all the dining and living areas are as well as the deck. There are two high chairs and air conditioning in all the bedrooms and the living room. The house is perfect for family groups as the kitchen is well equipped, there are multiple spaces for spending time and the beach and bay are easily accessible. It is also a 15 minute walk to Hardy's Bay village with its cafes and general store/bottle shop. This is a quiet residential area where noise travels so out of respect for the neighbours the property is definitely not suitable for partying or noisy guests. Guest access The entire house is available. Other things to note We do want to stress that this is a quiet residential area and parties and noisy behaviour are strictly prohibited. The block is steep which is why the views are so amazing. There are stairs from the street to an inclinator which provides access to the house. There are also stairs from the street to the house.
