This cottage is over 100 years old and has been brought back to life. This charming little home has been saved from ruin and renovated. It may look small from the outside but you will be pleasantly surprised how spacious it is on the inside. It also has a very large backyard with small grassed area and large peppercorn tree.It is well situated in lovely Wallaroo and with in walking distance to the beach, main street, Hospital, pubs, Coopers alehouse, service station, pizza place and lots more. The space 2 Nights minimum stay. Happy to accommodate 1 night stays on a Tuesday or Wednesday.Check in after 2pm Check out by 10am All beds are made up with fresh linen, quilts and pillows and 1 medium size towel is provided per person. There are blankets for all beds also if needed. Please bring your own beach towels if you are planning to use the beaches. There is an outdoor open air shower and bath. The shower is a winner for hot summer days returning from the beach to wash off the sand. The bath is great to soak in and look out at the stars. There is a wood combustion fire for cosy winter days and nights and air conditioning to most parts of the house to keep you cool on those hot summer days and nights. A new rainwater tank has been installed and is full of fresh rainwater great for drinking. There is a vegi and herb garden out the back which can be used. We have a lovely passion fruit vine growing. There is a large peppercorn tree out the back with table and chairs underneath and a small play boat for children, the tree gives great shade in summer. There is a gas BBQ .! Guest access There is no access to the carport. Other things to note There is no wifi
